Free On-Site Installation
Perfect for those who can't or don't want big equipment on their property. You wont have to worry about taking down fences or having trucks drive over your lawn. We hand carry all shed materials in through your gate.
Solid Block Footers
We level your shed on solid cement blocks making sure the base does not directly come in contact with the ground. This ensures years of service without rot or insect damage.
Heavy Duty Floor
We use 2x6 treated floor joist 16" OC in all of our sheds. We top that with sheets of 3/4 plywood. Most shed companies frame floors with 2x4's. Our floor is super strong and will last.
2x4 Wall Construction
We frame all of our walls with hand picked premium 2x4 wall studs.
Locking Door T-Handle
Our doors come with a locking tee handle and a set of keys.
Gable Vents
We make sure to include gable air vents on all of our sheds.
30 Year Architectural Shingles
We offer a choice of five shingle colors to choose from. They look better and last longer than three tab shingles.
LP Smartside Wall Panels
We use LP Smartside for our shed walls. It is a premium exterior grade siding panel primed a natural tan color. It is treated so it will not absorb water easily.
4" Roof Overhang
Our sheds have a 4" overhang around the roofline to help keep the shed dry in bad weather.
Premium PVC Trim
If you look at old sheds you quickly realize that the first thing to deteriorate is the trim boards used. We eliminate that from happening on our sheds by using PVC trim boards. They will never need paint and they will never rot.
